This beautiful new private beach home on the south side of 30-A in Seagrove Beach is only 100 yards to the beach. Sit on the wide porches or enjoy the ocean views from the 3rd floor observation room and you will be totally relaxed.
The observation room is complete with a mini kitchen to make your drinks and snacks or even have dinner with your guests while viewing the afternoon sunset. This large home is beautifully decorated with spacious rooms and lots of light. This is perfect for two families who wish to share a vacation together.
There are 2 master suites with king size beds, one guest bedroom with a queen bed and one bunk room (4 beds), and an extra bunk area (2 beds) for the children. The kitchen, living area, and dining area are all open for the perfect family gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped for those times when cooking together is fun.
The best part of the home is the large private pool with a grill and lots of chairs for sunning and the screened in porch with a large table for dining.
The home is located in Seagrove Beach East just off 30A and is very quiet. It is next to the new Summers Edge subdivision on Eastern Lake Road. The area is safe for biking and has 26 miles of paved bike paths to explore famous Seaside and the communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seacrest Beach.
